What is the CARIOS Sculpt™ and how does it work?

Is it safe for all skin types?
Yes. The CARIOS Sculpt™ is designed to be safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The microcurrent operates at a low, comfortable level. However, we recommend not using it if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have active skin infections or open wounds on the treatment area. If you have any medical condition, consult your doctor first.

How is CARIOS different from NuFace, FOREO, or other devices?
Devices like NuFace ($395) and FOREO Bear ($329) use similar microcurrent technology. The CARIOS Sculpt™ delivers comparable EMS microcurrent performance with the added benefit of an included conductive gel — at a fraction of the price. How long does the battery last?
The CARIOS Sculpt™ has a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts approximately 2-3 weeks of daily use on a single charge (based on 3-minute sessions). Charging takes around 1-2 hours via the included USB cable. You can also use it while charging.

How do I use it? Is it complicated?
Not at all — it's a simple 3-minute daily ritual: Step 1: Apply a thin layer of the included Firming Gel to clean skin. Step 2: Turn on the device and glide it upward along your jawline, cheeks, forehead, and neck. Step 3: Rinse off the gel and enjoy the glow. That's it. Morning or evening — whenever fits your routine.
When will I see results?
Many users report a visible difference after the very first use — particularly reduced puffiness and a more defined jawline. For more lasting results like improved skin firmness and texture, we recommend consistent daily use for 2-4 weeks. Like any workout, consistency is key. Individual results may vary.
Does it hurt? What does it feel like?
Not at all. You'll feel a gentle tingling or slight pulsing sensation — most users describe it as relaxing, almost like a mini facial massage. The intensity is very mild. If you feel any discomfort, simply reduce the intensity level. Always use the conductive gel — using the device on dry skin can reduce comfort and effectiveness.
Can I use it with my own serums or creams?
We recommend using the included CARIOS Firming Gel for the best results, as it's specifically formulated to conduct microcurrent effectively. Oil-based products and thick creams do not conduct microcurrent well and may reduce the device's effectiveness. If you want to use your own product, choose a water-based serum or gel.

How long does shipping take?
We offer free express shipping on all US orders. Typical delivery time is 7-11 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours of placing your order so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Glow Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your CARIOS Sculpt™ for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We want you to love your purchase — if you don't, we'll make it right. Simply email us at cariossupport.shop@gmail.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States. We're working on expanding to Europe and other regions soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your country.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every CARIOS Sculpt™ comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your device stops working under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge. Just contact our support team with your order number.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same level of security used by major banks. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at cariossupport.shop@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once the order has shipped, changes are no longer possible — but you're always covered by our 30-Day Glow Guarantee.
